These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cricketbet platform and all services operated under it. By using this website or creating an account, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

General Provisions

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

cricketbet will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account, unless it occurred due to our own negligence.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cricketbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, for each method.
• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If deposited funds are not successfully added to your gaming account, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before your first withdrawal.
• If the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, additional verification may be required.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — see the promotions page for details.
• A bonus can be claimed only once.
• The validity period of a bonus while active will be stated with each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are for gaming use only.
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

If abuse of a bonus or promotion is detected (such as: multiple accounts, systematic betting patterns), the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

Gaming Rules

All games on cricketbet are operated on fair play principles. The outcome of every game on our platform is determined in a completely impartial and random manner.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and event has a set minimum and maximum betting limit. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. We reserve the right to change betting limits without notice.

6.2 Technical Errors

If game results are affected by server outages, network issues or software errors, the relevant bets will be considered void and deposited funds will be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided in such cases.

6.3 Betting History

All your betting history is stored in your account dashboard. In the event of a dispute, our server logs will be considered the final reference.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricketbet platform:

• Attempting to win through fraud, deception or unethical means.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

• Threatening or harassing other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, we reserve the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

cricketbet accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own carelessness.
• A game or bet remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Failure or delay by a third-party payment processor.
• Service disruption due to causes beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives, cyber attacks).
• Loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.

In any circumstance, cricketbet's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by Us

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time. All valid claims against your balance will be settled before closure. Requests for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority.
